JUSTIFICATION OF DIGITALIZATION AND TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT OF THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT THE STATE LEVEL

Technological transformations of management systems at the state level are based on significant amounts of technical equipment of institutions, spaces, and structural units. It is worth noting that Ukraine at the state level has made a significant leap in the technological sophistication of management and regulatory actions and related impacts, in particular, through the digital modernization of communication spaces between the government and the public environment, various spheres of life and activity.
The level of technical equipment possessed by each structural unit in public administration provides ample opportunities to expand the range of relationships between government bodies and local self-government with spheres of activity, economic sectors, subjects of reproduction and spatial development, municipalities, and social groups. Because technological sophistication not only gives public administration facilities a modern and sophisticated look, but also the ability to involve a large number of diverse groups for communications and dialogues on any issues and topics. An example is the network combination of structural units of organizations and institutions, where their employees not only communicate and discuss urgent issues with civil servants through the use of ICT, but also gain access to other users.
Thus, the technical ramification of environments, spaces, and objects subject to state management is based on today’s global challenges, due to which such activities should be comprehensive and effective, since there are opportunities and potentials to immediately receive appropriate feedback.
The purpose of the article is to substantiate and analyze the processes of technical equipment of ICT and digitalization of centers and structural units involved in public administration.
The research methodology consists of the methods on which the author relies, in particular, system analysis, synthesis and generalization. The author notes that in addition to modeling methods, statistical data processing can be used regarding the state of technical equipment of the management system and its development in the field of education.
The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that the author understands the modeling of the processes of digitalization of the educational sphere in public administration as its structural reflection through the application of a systemic approach.
Thus, the digitalization of processes in public administration is based on the activities of designated structural units to transform its spatial environment. This includes structural reflections of organizations and institutions that are directly involved in transformative processes at the state level. The article analyzes the technological capabilities of public administration in accordance with rapid interactions, the result of which are effective executive processes in the public administration system.
